Application Process

Application process for U.S. Citizens:

All applicants who are U.S. citizens must submit the following materials to the Graduate School:

  • Official Scores from the GMAT
  • Two (2) official copies of transcripts from all colleges and universities attended.

Application Process for International Students:

All applicants must have the equivalent of a four-year degree and submit the following mates to the MBA office:

And the following documents to the International Admissions Office:

  • Official GMAT and TOEFL scores.
  • International admissions application including essays résume official academic records and financial reports as specified in the application package

Criteria for Admission

Admission to the program is based on the following criteria:

  • Performance on the Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT);
  • Undergraduate grade point average (GPA) earned during the last 60 credit hours of undergraduate work; and
  • Other indicators of potential for success in the graduate study of business, including recommendations, personal essays, and previous work experience.

Students admitted for the Spring 2009 term averaged:

  • A GPA for the last 60 hours of undergraduate course work of 3.45 on a 4.0 scale
  • A GMAT score of 561
  • Previous work experience of 3.5 years

The minimum TOEFL (Test of English as a Second Language) score for our program is 83 on the internet-based test (250 on the computer-based and 600 on the paper test).

In 2008 the TOEFL score for admitted international students averaged 96.

The IELTS will be considered in place of the TOEFL. The required score is a 6.5.

 

Deadlines

The MBA Program has a rolling admission policy. Applications will be reviewed as completed.

However, to guarantee a seat in a particular semester the applicant must have materials on file by the following dates:

  • Spring Semester- December 1st
  • Summer Semester- April 1st
  • Fall Semester- July 1st
